i once again find myself blabbering. naka-confine ako sa sarili kong kwarto, wth. the virus kicked in just last night and for the 3rd year in a row i missed cinemalaya.

24 hours inside my room was not a pleasant experience. para na yata akong may cabin fever. masakit sa ulo ang parating nakahiga. sobra sobra ka na sa tulog tapos pinipilit mo pa ring matulog. yung sakit sa katawan dahil sa trangkaso napaka-uncomfortable.

cable tv wasn't that helpful. tho' i was lucky to catch big time at cinema one. nakabukas ang tv maghapon pero ang natatandaan ko lang na napanood ko sa maghapon ay yung tatlong crime & investigation show. isa tungkol sa druglord tapos yung isang kaso na 2nd degree murder ba o homicide. tas yung huli tungkol sa serial killer. puro yun ang mga napanood ko habang nagpapa-massage sa manghihilot.

last friday night, habang naglalakad sa gilid ng edsa papunta ng mrt station meron akong nakita. group of about 40 to 60 street children who were seated together. and it seemed like they were chanting in unison. nagbabasa pala sila. there was this kind hearted guy with a backpack, about the same age as me, who was trying to give these unfortunate children free education. mukha pa nga siyang konyo eh. looks like someone who would spend friday nights drinking and relaxing after a weeks load of work. but he was there, and he was trying to make a difference. the sight was inspiring and touching at the same time.

dun sa nakita ko nung friday, kung sino ka man, saludo ako sa yo. sana dumami pa ang katulad mo. lanya ka. lalo mo lang akong pinagmukhang inutil, hahaha.

3 hours ago nasa tagaytay ako overlooking the smallest active volcano which is taal. approximately 14 hours from now i'll be up north. punta kami sa batad at banaue. i must be having the time of my life now. within 24 hours i'll be having the chance to see two of the four most discussed tourist spots in sibika during my elementary days. the other two which i won't see is mayon volcano and the hundred islands.

internet life will take the backseat for now. my plurk is on karma freeze. after nung last batch ng onions ko sa farm town wala nang maha-harvest. and my friendster last log in status will once again be "2 days ago".

i'll be back on monday early, early morning. around 3:30am. ligo lang sa bahay tapos deretso na ng opisina.
