the nokia e63 has everything that i need. i bought one. kaso problematic pala ang unit na 'to. nagha-hang madalas.

so i went to the nokia care center at sm dasma to ask if they have the some sort of solution for this hanging problem. i was expecting a firm ware upgrade or software update. pero ang sagot "wala po". and i asked "diba may bug ang e63?". ang reply "wala ha.". and i insisted, "ba't nabasa ko sa internet meron talagang hanging problem ang e63 at e71". binanatan ako "wala po sir problema yang model na yan, may sample unit kami dito ok naman. kung gusto niyo i-reformat natin yang phone niyo". naasar na ko. nakakahiya na dun sa mga ibang tao sa nokia care at parang ginagawa akong tangang nagmamarunong. ibalik ko daw sa pinagbilihan yung telepono ko. ni hindi man lang tinitingnan kung ano ang sira.
